Boleslaw Zenczak, A.I.A.
Mr. Zenczak was born in Seattle, raised in Oregon and is a registered architect in both states. Upon receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture Degree from the University of Oregon in 1976, he relocated to Tacoma and was employed at Swedberg & Associates. Mr. Zenczak is a resident of Tacoma and is married with two children – his son attending University of Oregon in architecture and his daughter at the University of Puget Sound. Mr. Zenczak is a member of the American Institute of Architects, Fircrest Golf Club, Tacoma Lawn and Tennis Club, board member at Franke Tobey Jones Retirement Estates, and participates in various community activities and service clubs. His hobbies include golf, golf, more golf, and if you still don’t get the point, he loves golf!
Jerry Isaksen, A.I.A.
Mr. Isaksen was born in Fife, Washington and learned construction from his grandfather who built homes in the Puget Sound region. Mr. Isaksen started working for Zenczak & Partners in 1989 while attending Washington State University where he earned a degree in architecture in 1992. Upon graduation, Mr. Isaksen joined Zenczak & Partners as a permanent employee. His work includes several office projects, and he specializes in office retail, and financial institutions. Mr. Isaksen is currently licensed in Washington State. When not at the office or on the golf course, you might find Jerry continuing the restoration on his historic farmhouse or backpacking in the Olympic Penninsula.

Rick Adams, LEED AP
Mr. Adams joined Zenczak & Partners – Architects in 1996 after having worked for several architectural firms in his hometown of Salinas, California. He is a graduate of the University of California at Davis. Mr. Adams brought with him a detail-oriented design background, having worked for several high-profile clients in the Monterey Peninsula area. He has worked on a variety of project with Zenczak & Partners ranging from financial & office to retail and multi-family residential buildings. Mr. Adams has earned distinction as a LEED Accredited Professional with the United States Green Building Council. When not at the office or on the golf course you might find Rick coaching baseball or playing drums/bass in a band.
