Zenczak & Partners – Architects, A.I.A. (ZPA) is a full-service architectural firm dedicated to serving the private sector of the development business. Serving Tacoma and the surrounding Pierce, Kitsap, King, and Thurston Counties since 1984, the firm currently employs six design architectural professionals.
Over the past twenty-five years, ZPA has strived to serve the needs of its clients, not only in terms of a single project, but also as an ongoing professional relationship. The majority of ZPA’s clients have been so for several years.
Because of the firm’s goal of providing long-term architectural services to its clients, ZPA has developed a broad range of design services including everything from single-family residential to executive offices, warehouses, and corporate retail projects.
The design team at ZPA works closely with all project engineers, contractors, and consultants. Each member of the firm helps to provide a broad base of expertise in the areas of schematic design, design development, contract document preparation utilizing AutoCad 2007, approval procurement, and contract administration.
